I love...

I love stopping everything because he decides the best place to nap is my arms one afternoon. I love getting extra time to sleep after Nathan leaves when baby falls back to sleep after a night up every two hours during a growth spurt. I love not having to rush to anything unless I want to. I love being able to see all his firsts...from the first smile, to the first giggle, and so on...I get to see it all! I love being able to go and snuggle my little bug anytime I want because he is always nearby. I love seeing him do his little power kicks as soon as he's naked during a diaper change...could be a problem later on ;). I love how he rubs his eyes when he's getting tired and snuggles into my neck. I love the sounds he makes as he eats and the way he aimlessly caresses my neck because he is so relaxed. I love that he is learning how to give me kisses back when I kiss him (even when they are open mouthed and slobbery). I love smelling his sweet little feet. I love the dimples in his hands. I love everything about this season of my life. I love being "Mommy".
