30 Days of Thankfulness ~ Day 2

"I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well." - Psalms‬ ‭139:14‬ ‭‬‬

Today my youngest little boy is two months old. I know I have yet to get the story of his birth up on the blog yet, but I'll get there. Wesley's arrival seems like yesterday, yet it feels like forever that he has been here. 

I guess with a fourth boy it is easy to compare him to his older brothers when trying to figure out who he looks like or who he acts like (not that you can figure that out too much at this age). He certainly looks like Steven, and he eats like William ate, but oh how he grins big like Bradley. On more than one occasion of catching myself doing this, I have concluded that while he is definitely one of the Johnson brothers, he is so very much Wesley, his own little individual self. 

What a joy that I get to watch this little boy grow and change into the fearfully and wonderfully made person God has made him to be. I get to nurture all the best things in him and hopefully shepherd his heart into a strong pursuit of Jesus. For that, I am so thankful.
