30 Days of Thankfulness ~ Day 22
Snow, snow, snow, snow, snow!!!! I was one of many in the facebook world today posting pictures like this:
When I said last night that I was thankful that we would be home today, I wasn't exactly picturing a snow day where we couldn't leave the house (not even for the list of groceries I still need to get before Thanksgiving day!), but I love how it worked out! My house is clean, I baked cookies, listened to Christmas music, went for a walk in the snow, got to knit (and pour over patterns on ravelry.com) and cut out paper snowflakes for my window. What a fun "snow day".
I am currently in my pjs and my cozy robe looking forward to crawling into my cozy bed, in my warm and cozy house.
This has been (although full of fun things) a day of rest. I am thankful for rest!
