30 Days of Thankfulness ~ Day 15

I got a new meter yesterday for testing my glucose levels. We
discovered at my appointment last week that my old meter was extremely
faulty. So, this morning was my first time testing with it for a
fasting result. This has always been my difficult number. I was
anticipating a number that was hovering around the limit, which is 92.

I got a 77.

I did a happy dance. Steven and Bradley witnessed it. They joined in.

That number is why I am thankful tonight. It brought renewed hope for
the duration of my pregnancy to go smoothly, and a bit of a stress
relief as well. Things could still change, but for now, I'm resting
easy as I go to bed tonight.
