30 Days of Thankfulness ~ Day 11
Today is Veteran's Day. It is a wonderful day to honor those that have given so much of themselves in service to our country. I am ever so thankful for them, and grateful that they would fight for the freedoms I enjoy, and even take for granted, every day. Thank you to my uncles, my grandpa and my dad for your service!
This morning we celebrated Veteran's day (and a day off for Nathan), with a yummy brunch with our neighbors. Dave happens to be a Vet, so it made it all the more special. Amanda brought over an amazing baked bacon, egg & cheese dish, and the occasion gave me the opportunity to make some yummy caramel rolls. Top that off with eggnog lattes and some train track action for the little boys and we had a perfect morning. Thanks neighbors, for a wonderful brunch with you and your kiddos!
