30 Days of Thankfulness ~ Day 18

Tonight I got to spend almost thirty minutes on Skype with my grandparents in Minnesota for the first time. I always love talking to them on the phone, and I don't do it nearly often enough, but to see their faces was such a pleasure! I miss them so much and getting to see both of them at the same time almost felt like sitting at their dining room table for a chat...almost. I wish it was that simple. But this is the next best thing until we get to visit in person again. I'm thankful for Skype and that it keeps me in touch with my grandparents (who both turned 70 this year & celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary last month) and my baby brother (who is also in Minnesota for college) and other friends and family far away.
