30 Days of Thankfulness ~ Day 9
I meant to do this last night, but the computer was being used by Nathan and I'm sadly short a well functioning phone until next week...
It has been so cold the last couple days. I feel like I must be getting old, or we just have much colder temperatures than normal because I don't remember it being this cold of weather this time of year.
Driving through downtown late last night after a potter painting session with a friend, I noticed all of the homeless who had set up their beds for the night in the shadows of the stoops of businesses. I was cold just from the brief walk to the car, I knew they must be cold to the bone. I made me think how I am so thankful for the home I have and the warm bed to sleep in.
