30 Days of Thankfulness ~ Day 5

Tomorrow night I get to attend some election night festivities with my husband. We'll be watching results come in and catching up with friends we don't see often enough. I get to be all dressed up, have fun, and be a grown up for a night instead of staying home by myself falling asleep in front of the returns.

Tonight I'm thankful for awesome neighbors. They have three busy munchkins of their own and they offered to take on our two for the evening without me even asking! Not only do I get some awesome people watching my kiddos, but I got to raid a closet full of pretty things in the quest for something to wear tomorrow night. Can't get much better than that! But wait, it can! These awesome neighbors have quickly become some wonderful friends and we enjoy so much the fun times we have together. We're looking forward to returning the favor for them (soon!) and making a lot more great memories with our families in the future.
