30 Days of Thankfulness ~ Day 27

I was just awoken from a hard sleep by Bradley, who was crying and
saying his ear hurts and "my nose can't smell!" I quickly gave him
some pain reliever, prayed for him and sent him back to bed. Tomorrow
if he is still in pain I'll take him to our pediatrician.

I am thankful for modern medicine and the access my children have. I
don't have to walk half a day for my child to receive healthcare. I
was able to choose who his provider is and am free to change my mind
without and specific reason if they don't live up to my expectations.
If Bradley needs help tomorrow, I can take him. If he doesn't the
option for help will still be there should that change. And that isn't
an option everywhere.

I am so thankful.
