30 Days of Thankfulness ~ Day 7

What a pretty start to the day! It quickly began to rain on us a little farther into our run, but the toughest battle of just getting out the door for exercise had been won.

I'm thankful for friends who have become cheerleaders in making healthy choices in each others lives - even on days when it is hard to get out of bed to hit the pavement.

I greeted my neighbor, Meridith, outside my door at 7am this morning.
We were getting up early on a Saturday to go on a run. It was the
