30 Days of Thankfulness ~ Day 26

The weather has been cold and the heat has been on and my hands and lips have been paying for it. Chapped! When I bend my knuckles my fingers crack and bleed - painful! It's what comes from having sniffling kids and washing hands constantly. Makes one very thankful for lotion to moisturize those dry spots. 

My hands may be not so pretty right now, but my hair is pretty cute I think. I took some time this evening to get my hair done before the holidays and baby. It was really just a trim, but she gave me a little bit more for bangs and I have to say, I really like how they turned out! I'm thankful to have a hair stylist who listens to what I want, who understands my hair (I've had way too many bad hair cuts from people who think they know curly hair) and who is affordable. 

My hands may sting a bit tonight (I came home to do laundry and dishes afterall), but my hair feels great and I felt a little pampered this evening which I needed before the rest of the busy week.
